Apartment in Unterschönau with Private Balcony

This newly renovated attic apartment is near the German-Austrian border, not far from the picturesque lake Königssee.



It provides 40m2 of comfortably furnished living space for two adults, or two adults and two children. The rooms provide everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed and dining corner, a kitchen corner equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge, microwave, radio, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a separate WC. Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided free of charge. A highchair and a cot can be provided on request.



The bedroom and living room open onto the private balcony with balcony furniture.



The site stands alone and in summer there are calves, the pony, the goats Hanni and Nanni, as well as ducks on the meadow. Children can of course introduce themselves to the animals.



Owing to the location, this holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for trips into the surrounding natural landscape, for example a boat trip on Könnigssee or a hike in Berchtesgaden National Park. You can also spend a skiing holiday here, with the nearest ski lift just 1km away.

    “Nette Gastgeberin. Wohnung war ok. Hier und da hätte es etwas sauberer sein können (Ecken, Spinnweben). Aber für uns ausreichend. Das einzige was wir beanstanden müssen, war das kalte WC. Der Heizkörper reicht dafür nicht aus, da das WC eine extra Tür hatte ohne Heizung. Grade im Winter echt frostig. Der Ausblick war top. Die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet.” “Nette Gastgeberin.     “Wir waren für 10 Tage in der gebuchten Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind und vor allem sehr sauber. Zum Kochen hat die Kochzeile gereicht, das Nötigste war vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, zwei Herdplatten sowie ein Kühlschrank. Die Geschirrtücher sowie die Handtücher wurden uns von der Vermieterin gestellt.

    Der Balkon war ausgestattet mit Stühlen und einem Tisch der zusammenklappbar war. Die Wohnung liegt super, in ein paar Minuten ist man beim Bäcker und einige Gehminuten mehr unten am See. Sie liegt direkt am Waldrand, für Wandertouren ideal. Der Blick auf den Jenner sowie auf den Watzmann hat man direkt vor der Tür. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.”
