The Casa Andrés is a dream finca in Lanzarote. The village consists of only nine houses, so that you can expect complete peace and quiet.
It features a total of 150 m² of living space. Inside the house, there is a comfortably furnished kitchen, two bright bathrooms, and a cosy living room. Three spacious bedrooms are also available, one furnished with two single beds, one with a double bed, and one with two bunk beds which can be used as a room for children. Apart from its unique location, the house has additional advantages, the premises measure a total of approximately 5.000 m², including a 1.000 m² garden area. From the terrace you can enjoy the most stunning view of the sea and sunsets. A big solar heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with a jet stream invites to enjoy a daily swim (or night time swim).
From the villa you also have a view up to the mysterious fire mountains, which are only some 1.000 m from the sea and the (black) beach of the Salinas de Janubio.
