Holiday Apartment in Hahnenklee with Private Parking

This holiday apartment is the first and a unique five-star luxury holiday apartment in the beautiful climatic spa town of Hahnenklee. It is on the upper floor of a little holiday apartment complex with a total of 30 apartments and boasts a top location in the centre of town.



The apartment has a big living room with a Dolby Surround Sound home cinema system, a PlayStation 3 (three games are provided), a big plasma TV with digital channels, a bio-ethanol fireplace and a lovely open built-in kitchen in a rustic country style, which is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a microwave, a coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses. The generous bedroom is suitable for two people and there is a high-quality infrared cable for private use free of charge.



An exclusive premium box spring bed of the Oschmann brand made in Germany. The kingsize luxury double bed has two electronically adjustable mattresses measuring 100 x 200cm. There is a second flatscreen TV in the bedroom, affixed at a pleasant height facing the bed, so you can watch TV from the bed. We offer you two newly renovated wellness baths. A shower bath with bodied entry as well as WC and washstand and a bath, also with toilet, washing table, hotel hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and integrated ambient lighting! Wireless Internet access is free of charge, as well as mainline telephone calls within Germany. The cellar houses a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for a fee. There are two good hotel cupboard beds in the living room. As the living room and bedroom are separated by a door, you can get a good night’s sleep even if someone is snoring next door.



The apartment also features two big loggias each measuring 8m². Both provide comfortable seating, loungers, awnings and parasols, as well as matching cushions. Both loggias afford a lovely view of the garden. A car parking space is available right on site. Please note: the apartment is pet-free and non-smoking, even on the balconies.



It is only a few minutes’ walk to the Erlebnisbocksberg with its winter sports resort.

    “Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigen könnte und außerdem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Bäder (Duschbad und Wannenbad) sind neuwertig. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein bequemes Boxspringbett, einen zweiten Fernseher und sogar eine Wärmekabine. Das WLAN inkl. Festnetzflat und alle Multimediaanwendungen lassen sich sehr einfach bedienen. Es gibt ein bequemes Sofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Essecke, zwei Balkone sowie ein Außenstellplatz (opional auch Einzelgarage gegen Aufpreis).
    Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Ortschaft Hahnenklee, die Bäckerei des Ortes ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar, eine Filiale der örtlichen Sparkasse befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für alle Fragen rund um die Wohnung und Ausflugsziele in der Region stand man mir immer zur Verfügung. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und werde gerne wiederkommen.”

    “Wir waren alle rundum zufrieden und hatten viel Spaß. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel und sind absolut korrekt. Es ist alles sauber, großzügig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt voll und ganz genossen. Und es ist herrlich nach einer wundervollen Schneewanderung sich in den eigenen vier Wänden in die Infrarotsauna setzen zu können - ein sehr netter Bonus! Wir kommen wieder!!!!”
