The fusion of Mediterranean stone construction and quality furnishings makes this holiday home one of the prettiest houses in the small place of Praznice on the island of Brac. The kind house owner owns three houses in direct proximity, from which two are rented out to tourists and one is at his own disposal. The house is very beautifully and functionally furnished. On the ground floor, there is the living space and a tavern. The upper floors can be reached by internal stairs. On the upper floor there are the air-conditioned bedrooms. The house is luxuriously equipped and ideal for pleasant family holiday. In front of the house, there is a spacious terrace with a swimming pool and a beautiful garden, in which aromatic Mediterranean vegetation can be found. Beautiful beaches with crystal clear blue sea are ca. 20-minutes of drive away. The centre of the place is ideal for getting to know the way of life on the island.
