Holiday apartments with a big garden and a wonderful mountain view

You will feel comfortable in this house with a tradition spanning more than 65 years. It enjoys a wonderfully quiet location in Miesenbach, with an open view of meadows, forests and the unique Ruhpolding mountain backdrop. Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful landscape.

The two-family house built in 1944 was extensively renovated in 2001. The apartments have their own separate entrances and central heating. Guests can also use the sunny, west-facing terrace for grilling. A charcoal grill and an electric grill are available. The big lawn invites you to sunbathe.

There are hiking and cycling paths right from the doorstep. This is an ideal starting point for trips and hikes up to the Zinnkopf. The Traun water meadows are nearby, ideal also for dog owners.

Apartment in Vordermiesenbach with Garden, Barbecue and Jacuzzi

The beautiful, generous holiday apartment at ground level provides 82m² of living space for a maximum of six people. It has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom of 16,4m² has a double bed (140 x 200cm), a very big wardrobe, a standing mirror, a cosmetics table, a big window front and laminate flooring. The second bedroom of 10.2m² has a double bed (140 x 200cm), a built-in wardrobe, a standing mirror, a window and PVC flooring. The luxury bedroom measures 5.3m² and boasts a whirlpool bath, a shower with seating, a WC, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a window with daylight. The built-in kitchen of 13.5m² is equipped with a ceramic hob with four rings, an oven, an extractor fan, a microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, crockery and all necessary utensils, as well as a dining corner for six people, a window, PVC and tiled flooring. The big living room measures 26.3m² and has parquet flooring, providing a big corner sofa that can be converted into a bed for two people, a cupboard wall, a sitting corner, satellite TV, a stereo system with CD player and DVD player and free Internet access with an installed PC. From here you can access the terrace. The terrace facing south measures 16m² and is furnished with a table, six chairs and a parasol and is paved. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed at a supplementary charge.

New in 2015: a tool shed for our guests, with garden furniture, a grill and space for bicycles and sports equipment, and an electricity connection for e-bikes. A travel bed and highchair are now available for toddlers. New in 2015 on the ground floor: new dishwasher, for greater convenience on your holiday, and cleaning products provided.

Other extras: the Freizeitspass leisure card is included free of charge and entitles you to free cable car rides on Rauschberg, free rides on the chairlift to Unternberg, and daily 3 hours of aquatic fun in the Vita-Alpina leisure pool, and daily free entry to the outdoor pool with a slide (in summer), free entry to the fabulous leisure park for the whole family, free entry to the Ruhpolding local museum and the Holzknechtmuseum, free entry to the ice skating rink in winter, free use of the local and regional buses (as far as Inzell, Reit im Winkl, Bad Reichenhall, Traunstein), free parking on public car parks within Ruhpolding (you receive a parking permit). There is also a children’s programme. All of this will ensure that your stay with us in Chiemgau will be the most enjoyable days of the year. We look forward to seeing you!
