This charming house, situated in a privileged position, has beautiful views over the olive groves and orchards, towards the pine-covered slopes bordering the coastal town of Santa Eulalia (3km away) where you will find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants.
It has a beautiful garden with grass, several lush palm trees, cacti and olive trees; next to a large terrace and a partially covered dining room. There is a hot tub on the lawn and a chill-out bed near the pool.
From the large terrace we access through glass doors to an open-plan living-dining room with a warm decoration and furnished with contrasting shades of brown and coffee-cream.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub).
- Double bedroom with open bathroom with shower cabin and closed toilet.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, in the hallway that leads to the living room there is another air conditioner and this one cools in the living room. There is a toilet in the hallway.
The last section of access to the villa is along a dirt road.
Includes basic midweek cleaning and a complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of sheets and towels.
