The house has a breathtaking panoramic view and in the evening you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets over the sea. The terrace is also suitable for outdoor dining. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Sicilian areas, as many attractions are within easy reach. San Vito Lo Capo is one of the biggest climbing areas in Southern Italy. The great walls of Monte Monaco and Monte Cofano have always attracted climbers from all over Europe, thanks to their beautiful cliffs, equipped for climbing.

    “Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr empfehlenswert: ruhige, saubere Umgebung.Der Strand war nah und sehr schön. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr schäbig. Viele Haushaltsgeräte haben nicht oder teilweise funktioniert: Waschmaschine, Backhofen, Fernseher, undichte Toilette in einem Badzimmer. In den Schlafzimmern wären Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern schön gewesen!
