The standig individually villa is modern and functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. Albarella. The villa is located on a open garden plot with meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has different types of accommodation: small apartments, terraced houses, large villas with swimming pools. You are in the tourist center VEN ROV 040, VEN ROV 071 -078. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or indulge in your favorite sport.
The hotel is located in the Po Delta Natural Park and is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares of maquis are covered, with 2 million trees, 150 different tree species, for example ex. Pines and poplars, also & quot; Populus alba & quot; from which the island got its name.
Fallow deer, pheasants, hares, roe deer, hawks, little egrets and Italian knights find their natural habitat here. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict nature conservation. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
