Holiday house on two floors in the historical town centre

The comfortable holiday house is in the uniquely designer four-sided courtyard in the historical town centre of Annaberg-Buchholz, which is known from media, the radio and television.

The house has two floors. The ground floor has a hallway, a bedroom and a storage room, while the upper floor comprises a living room, another bedroom (bed 90 x 200cm) , the kitchen and a shower room. The bedroom provides a wardrobe, a double bed (200 x 190cm), two bedside tables and a dresser with a mirror. The living room has glass cupboards, a corner sofa, two armchairs, a table, a stereo system and a flatscreen TV (127cm diagonal) with a satellite receiver. The other bedroom has a single bed. The built-in kitchen has two cooking rings, a fridge, a coffee machine, kettle, and a little oven. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.

You can relax outside in the quiet sitting corner with garden furniture and a parasol. Garden loungers are also provided. You can't park your car on site.

It is not far to the town centre and restaurants, as the house is in the centre of Annaberg. The swimming pool is about 1000 metres away. There are grocery shops about 300 metres way. There are plenty of places of interest, which you can see in the description of the area.

    “Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr gut Lage, wir kommen wieder. Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung hat einen wunderschönen Innenhof. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Negativ: Das Bad ist sehr klein.”
