    “Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung auch nur das Inventar, die Kaffeemaschine defekt zwei Tage hast es gedauert bis eine neue kam. Handtücher wurden die 14 tage überhaupt nicht getauscht. Im Badezimmer nicht ein Hacken an der Wand, um ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. In der Küche waren gerade mal zwei Töpfe kein gangbarer Dosenöffner, kein kleinen Topf um mal ein Ei zu kochen. Erholt haben wir uns trotzdem.”

    “Normalerweise werden die Handtuecher nicht nach 7 Tagen ersetzt. Falls erforderlich, werden wir mehr saubere Handtuecher geben kann. In der Regel, wenn etwas in der Wohnung fehlt, werden wir tragen. Es muss aber sein, eine Kommunikation von den Kunden.
