Also within 10-15 minutes walking distance are the local beautiful sandy coves and cosmopolitan Cala Dor within 5 minutes drive. Tennis courts and sporting facilities are also nearby. The villa From the enclosed courtyard the Oak studded door opens into the entrance hall with feature Chandelier. On the ground floor you'll find the large living/dining room with sofas, feature fireplace, Plasma TV, Playstation 2, complimentary Wifi internet connection, a solid Oak dining table and four doorways to the poolside terrace. The superb fitted kitchen with attractive blue fitted cupboards, and all the appliances you need, is also close by. On this floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower-room and side door to the courtyard. Furthermore, a guests cloakroom and a laundry room with washing machine, complete this level. If we get up the stairs, we'll find the 4 other bedrooms: a master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room and door to the south facing upper terrace ; and two further twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room - one of these rooms also has a sun terrace over-looking the courtyard and far reaching views.
