The holiday apartment is situated on the third floor of a residential complex in the town centre, not far from the promenade.
The completely renovated apartment has air conditioning, heating with remote control in every room, HD TV 3D LED-High Definition, satellite receiver for German channels, DVD and WLAN. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. An open kitchen and a living room with sofa bed round off the offer.
The apartment provides bed linen, hand towels and kitchen utensils.
One does not need a car in order to get to the beach as it is just a couple minutes away by foot. Countless shopping streets, the promenade, pools and marina are just a few metres away. The next airports are San Javier (20Km) and Alicante (42 Km).
