There is a dining room next to the living room with a big table and matching chairs. A TV, a satellite receiver, a digital receiver, a DVD player and wireless Internet access are provided. The small but well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, electric stove, coffee machine) provides everything you need for preparing meals. This floor also has a bathroom with a bath and shower, a newly renovated toilet and a storage and laundry room with a washing machine and iron. The upper floor has a big bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds) and a wardrobe, an inviting sitting corner with an armchair for reading and relaxing, as well as a supplementary bed.
