    “Einfachste und billige Einrichtung. Steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Wohnung Conchiglia Nr. 15 war zudem auch schmutzig, Eingang war vermoost und Stechmücken jede Menge.
    Die Insel ist sehr schön, ruhig aber eher etwas für Familien mit Kindern, da auch viele Spielplätze vorhanden sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 1 Supermarkt und der ist überteuert. Ansonsten kaum Ausgehmöglichleiten. Eher eine langweilige Insel., Für 3 Tage O.K. aber nicht länger !”

    “Herzlichen Dank für Ihren Verbesserungsvorschlag.

    Es tut uns wirklich Leid, dass Sie mit der Unterkunft nicht zufrieden waren und vor allem, dass Sie sich bezüglich der Sauberkeit nicht sofort an unsere Kollegen an der Rezeption gewendet haben.

    Leider war es uns nicht bekannt, dass das Apartment im Residence Conchiglia sich nicht in bester Ordnung am Anreisetag befand. Diese Unterkünfte sind sehr gefragt, da das Residence über einen Gemeinschafspool und einen Tennisplatz verfügt.
    Nur wenn die eventuellen Mangel sofort an der Rezeption gemeldet werden, kann man dann schnell eine zufriedenstellende Lösung finden, z.B. eine Wohnungswechseln anbieten.

    Bezüglich des Angebots für die Freizeit bieten wir sehr viele Möglichkeiten an, unter diesen: zahlreiche Sportarten wie Golf, Tennis, Fußball, Volleyball, Sportaktivitäten im Centro Sportivo; verschiedene Bars und Restaurants, sowie Pizzerias, eine Bar mit Blick auf den Golfplatz, Eisdiele, Birdwatching, Fahrradwege, kostenlose Fahrradverleih und Strandservice in der Nebensaison, kostenlose Bimmel-Bahn. Außerdem ist die Insel Albarella sehr nah am schönen Städten wie Venedig, Verona, Padua.
    Der Supermarkt ist ja teurer als andere, befindet sich aber auf einer Privatinsel. Auf jeden Fall gibt es auch die Möglichkeit in einem Supermarkt ca. 13 km entfernt einkaufen zu fahren.

    Wir hoffen sehr, Sie wieder auf der Insel Albarella begrüßen zu dürfen.
    Nächstes Mal eventuell auch in der Hochsaison, wenn die Insel durch die zahlreichen Shows und Angebote des Animation Teams noch lebendiger wird und viel mehr als "nur" Ruhe, Sport und Kontakt mit der Natur bietet.
