Das Ferienhaus ist ein denkmalgeschütztes, saniertes Lübecker Altstadthaus aus dem späten 18. Jahrhundert. Es liegt am südlichen Ende der Altstadtinsel mit Blick auf den Krähenteich. Das Haus hat 110m² und besitzt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 DZ und 1 EZ), einen kleinen Wohnraum, Diele, volleingerichtete Küche und ein 2009 vollkommen neu saniertes Bad. Es ist mit modernen und alten Möbeln schön eingerichtet und vom DTV mit 3 Sternen klassifiziert.
Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
Auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite liegt der Krähenteich, im Sommer läßt es sich dort gut im Altstadtbad baden. Der Krähenteich liegt auch an den alten Wallanlagen, unserem Naherholungsziel vor der Haustür. Man kann um die ganze Stadt spazieren und am Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal stundenlang radfahren.
