This cottage with a swimming pool is located in a small Istrian village, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation. The house extends over two floors.     “Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Hund. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Haus sehr zu wünschen übrig. Toilette, Dusch-/Badewanne, Kaffeemaschine, Waschbecken, Fliesen in Küche, Bad usw., sowie der Backofen und Kühlschrank waren nicht geputzt. Die Hängeschränke in der Küche und die Speisekammer rochen schrecklich moderig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch und sauber (hoffe ich). Schöner Pool und ganz für uns alleine.     “Das alte Bauern-/Landhaus wurde liebevoll von den Besitzern im landestypischen Stil restauriert. Es ist sauber und verfügt über einen wirklich großen Garten, der für Hundebesitzer ideal ist, da die Außenmauern nebst dem Zufahrtstor rund 1,80 Meter hoch sind. Das Grundstück selbst ist bestens gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Besitzerehepaar ist um seine Gäste sehr bemüht. Hier muss ich ein besonderes Lob aussprechen! Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt.
    Kochmöglichkeit besteht in der Küche auf einem Gasherd oder im Garten auf dem großen neu gebauten Kamingrill. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht perfekt, aber ausreichend. Der Pool ist gepflegt und die Wasserqualität wird alle zwei Tage geprüft. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Ansprechen muss ich, dass das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss lediglich über eine schmale Stiege (dachbodengemäß) erreichbar ist. Kinder haben damit ihren Spaß, für Erwachsene ist das eher unbequem. Im ersten Stock befinden sich nebst Bad, zwei Doppelbett-Zimmer.
    Fazit: Das Ferienhaus (Ortsrandlange) war sauber und ausreichend, der Garten groß und gepflegt - wir würden es wieder mieten! (Famillie mit drei Kindern und zwei Hunden)”

    “Insgesamt gesehen ist das angenehm große Haus empfehlenswert.
    Kleine Einschränkungen:
    - die angegebene Klimaanlage ist nur ein Ventilator, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da tagsüber die Klappläden geschlossen waren und es so auch erträgliche war
    - nur 2 Liegen am Pool und ein Klappstuhl
    - lt. Vermieter ist das Objekt noch nicht im Endausbaustand

    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außer kroatisch spricht Sie englisch und er deutsch.”
