On the common property there is a terrace with barbecue available for all guests of the house. Here only a few steps and a traffic road separate you from the sea and beach where you can enjoy many bathing pleasures. The small town of Sumpetar is suitable for a quiet family vacation where there are several bays with pebble beaches. The nearest town is Omi? with beautiful beaches, excellent bars and restaurants and interesting sights such as Mirabela and Fortica fortresses. Sports enthusiasts can go climbing or rafting on the river Cetina, in addition to many water sports. Also worth visiting is the magnificent city of Split, known for its numerous monuments as well as interesting nightlife.
