    Arredo molto scarno, i cassetti e le ante dei mobili rimangono in mano quando li apri,
    pulizia al limite; nota positiva che gli addetti alla manutenzione si sono resi molto disponibili a mettere a posto le lacune che la scarsa manutenzione dell'appartamento aveva ricevuto sino a quel momento.
