Articolata costruzione inserita interamente nel bosco del Parco delle Madonie, che offre possibilità abitative assolutamente indipendenti ed affittabili singolarmente.

Casa composta da 4 camere da letto (con letti singoli), da 1 camera con letto matrimoniale, da 2 posti letto aggiunti in divano letto, di un ampio soggiorno con cucina inserita a vista,ampia cucina, da 3 servizi igienici (uno con vasca, gli altri 2 con doccia), grande giardino , un terrazzo coperto, terrazza scoperta,piscina m.5x3 con idromassaggio in giardino.La struttura può ospitare un massimo di 14 persone


I proprietari del complesso amano molto gli animali…i vostri saranno ben accetti. Si accettano fumatori e persone con difficoltà motorie
Intorno al complesso, i pini,gli abeti, le possenti querce, gli imponenti castagni, offrono allo sguardo momenti di relax, regalando ossigenazione e salute. Gli esterni della costruzione sono rallegrati dalle innumerevoli piante in fiore che si armonizzano negli spazi verdi curati ed arredati con amore dai proprietari. A 700 metri s.l.m., dista in auto pochissimi minuti dal centro abitato di Castelbuono, conciliando così tranquillità e distensione con l’animata vita cittadina.

Cancellation ist possible according to the general terms and conditions of the provider e-domizil AG .

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Very cosy and well equipped typical Sicilian villa. Nice furniture and decorated with a personal touch. Very nice garden with small pool/jacuzzi and lots of relax spaces. Sunbeds, hammocks, large sunshades and two big tables (8+ persons) for dining outside. Everything well cared and clean. The villa is situated quite high up on the mountainside, walking or biking to the village is not an option... :-) Car is necessary.
    A nice thing with the villa being so high situated is that the temperature is a few degrees lower by the house than down in the village, which is nice in the warm summermonths.
    The owners, Marianna and Livio, are very, very nice and friendly people who made us feel more then welcome to their countryhome.”
