Welcoming holiday apartment with the sea practically in front of the window
The apartment is located in Balestrate and affords a breathtaking view of Castellammare Gulf. Despite its central location with regard to the sea and the town centre, the apartment is very quiet.
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of an apartment house. It can accommodate up to four people. There is a living room-kitchen with a gas stove, oven and coffee machine, and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Around the corner there is the open living area with a sofa and satellite TV. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning, the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
The living room opens onto the furnished balcony with a unique sea view, right by the Castellammare Gulf. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with a table, chairs, grill and sun loungers, for shared use with the other residents of the house.
Experience magical sunsets over the sea or witness how the sea changes colour from azure blue to green and deep blue, according to the wind. You can go on long walks along the beach and listen to the cawing of seagulls, with the sea air wafting around you.
Shops and the centre are less than 300 metres away, the beach is 500 metres away.
