Si tratta di un appartamento intimo situato nel centro, a soli 100 metri dal suggestivo lungolago di Gardone Riviera.
Esso si trova a soli 200 metri dal giardino botanico “Fondazione Andrè Heller” e a 1 km dal Vittoriale degli Italiani (stagione teatrale e musicale luglio-agosto).
Nelle vicinanze max 500 metri si trovano numerosi servizi, tra cui ristoranti e pizzerie, spiagge libere a 300 metri, piscina a 300 metri, campi da tennis a 300 metri , supermercato a 400 metri, fermata dell’autobus a 50 metri, l’attracco dei battelli per poter navigare su tutto il lago di Garda a soli 100 metri
Nell’arco di 10/25 km ci sono ben 4 campi da golf ( Bogliaco, Cunettone di Salo’, Soiano ed Arzaga).
Per gli amanti delle escursioni da segnalare a soli 7 km in macchina e 2/3 ore di cammino si arriva sul monte Spino con il rifugio Pirlo e con un ora in più di cammino si può arrivare sul monte Pizzocolo (1585 mt s.l.m.) con un vista mozzafiato su tutto il Lago di Garda e le splendide Dolomiti di Brenta.
Per gli amanti della bicicletta (mountain bike) c'è la possibilità di fare escursioni guidate, con percorsi adatti a tutti i livelli di preparazione
Parlando dell’appartamento, esso si sviluppa su due livelli.
Dopo il piccolo cortile con cancello si sale al primo piano dove c’è un angolo cottura (con frigorifero forno combinato fornelli e lavandino) un divano 4 posti con tv satellitare, un piccolo balcone, bagno con travi a vista (con wc, bidet, doccia, lavatrice incassata, lavabo con armadietti).
Nella camera c’è l’armadio con un letto singolo che si trasforma in comodo letto matrimoniale.
Al piano rialzato, su un’elegante soppalco in legno e ferro è sito un letto matrimoniale con cassettone.
L’appartamento e accogliente e confortevole ed e’ nel cuore nella cosiddetta “Città giardino”.

In dotazione è presente una mountain bike (base) per semplici spostamenti.

    “Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Blick in den Innenhof.Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber.Zentrale ,ruhige Lage.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Restaraunts ....Alles in der Nähe.
    Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
    Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.”

    “Zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Klimaanlage war sehr wichtig, besonders für den Schlafplatz direkt unter dem Dach. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad sehr schön.”

    “Sehr nette, typisch italienische Ferienwohnung mit Charme. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage. Wir waren dort jetzt 2 Wochen (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) und es hat uns super gefallen. Zu der Wohnung gibt es auch eine abschließbare Garage, ca 50 Meter entfernt in einer Tiefgarage. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir bekamen auch zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Prosecco und selbstgemachten Likör. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und werden auch wieder hinfahren.”
