This holiday home with swimming pool is located in the small Istrian place, which is situated only 20 minutes of drive away from lovely beaches. Next to one part of the house passes a local rural road, while the other part with a barbeque is facing a vineyard and a meadow. Children can play carefreely on the meadow, while the adults are barbequing. The town of Labin, which we strongly recommend visiting, is positioned only ca. 20 minutes of drive away from the holiday home.
