Zur Ausstattung gehören auch eine Veranda mit Gartenmöbeln, ein Grillplatz mit Außenküche sowie eine Terrasse. Die Kunden können auch auf der Terrasse oder am Schwimmbad frühstücken und dabei die beeindruckende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer genießen. Das Gebäude ist von einem großen Garten umgeben. Private Park-plätze und ein Solarium stehen den Gästen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
