Holiday apartment in a well maintained resort with a communal swimming pool and a beautiful balcony with a sea view
This apartment is located in a well-kept resort almost right next to the black sand beach of 'Playa La Arena', in the idyllic holiday town of Puerto Santiago. The spacious and nicely furnished balcony boasts a stunning view of the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. From the roof terrace, you also have a view of the mountains and of the giant Teide.
This apartment features a balcony facing the sea and benefits from modern and bright furnishings, designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. It has a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge freezer combination, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking a meal. There are two friendly bathrooms, one equipped with bath tub/shower and one with a shower, as well as two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which on request can be pushed together to make one bed. The living room hosts a comfortable suite with sleeping facility, a separate dining area and a television set complete with satellite (German/Russian/English and more). From here you have access to the nicely furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and La Gomera. A small separate room hosts a washing machine. There is an additional small separate room where you can dry your washing. All the rooms are equipped with quiet fans and on hot days, the apartment benefits from good ventilation and there is also an air conditioning unit.
Next to the balcony with beautiful furniture and a sea view there is the outside area with its communal swimming pool, lounge chairs and a separate children’s pool. Internet/WIFI is available, located in the reception area.
Although all shopping facilities are in the vicinity this is not a noisy place. This is a place where you can enjoy a carefree, comfortable and relaxing holiday.
