This apartment is light and airy with three bedrooms and is situated on the first floor with stairs and lift (good access for wheelchairs). It is in a gated complex a short distance from the road leading to the motorway to Nice airport. The grounds are landscaped, particularly around the gated pool, and the adjacent property is in use as a cactus farm. Almost all rooms have doors leading onto a large balcony ideal for evening meals overlooking the garden, and the living/dining room is spacious with a large table to seat 8-10. The old town of Fréjus is just a short walk away with cafés, bars and restaurants. The apartment is 2km away from beaches and coastal towns. Excellent bus and train links are close by, although a car is recommended as you will be in an ideal location for visiting the coast, the mountain villages and the nearby Roman era Aurelian ruins.

    “Wohnung ist sehr Hellhörig, Zwischenwände aus Riegips und die Wandstärke beträgt ca. 5 cm.(hatte das Gefühl die Türen waren stärker als die Wände).
    Das Bad sollte mal renoviert werden Fliesen lose, Handtuchhalter fiel immer ab, Duschkopf mit Schlauch undicht ( Das Wasser spritzte mehr ins Bad anstatt in die Wanne).
    Man sollte bei der Klimaanlage Erwähnen, das es sich um ein kleines Mobiles Gerät handelt!
    (eigentlich sinnlos und laut).
    In der Küche sollte es mehr Besteck,Gläser und Geschirr geben, ganz besonders wenn man zu mehreren Personen da ist. Ständiges spülen! (für 2 oder 3 Personen würde es reichen)
    Fensterschallosiehen die man manuell betätigen mußte, gingen sehr schwer, so das meine Frau oder die Kinder sie gar nicht auf und zu machen konnten!
    In einigen Wänden sind sehr viele Bohrlöcher mit Dübel (sieht gar nicht gut aus)
    Fernseher ging auch nicht! (Schaltete sich nach ein paar Sekunden wieder aus) War aber auch nicht schlimm.
    An der Sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas arbeiten! Besonders in der Küche und im Bad.
    Einen zweiten Schlüssel für die Wohnungstür wäre auch empfehlenswert! Denn wenn man zu mehreren Personen die Wohnung mietet, und getrennt raus geht, war man immer auf die Person angewiesen die den Schlüssel hat!

    Genug gemeckert!

    Das eigentliche Haus mit Pool und Anlage kann ich empfehlen.
