Lovely Holiday Home in Viechtach near the Forest

This cozy holiday home is located in Viechtach, Germany. There are 3 bedrooms where a total of 8 people can stay and the home is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. Additionally, you may bring up to 2 pets. The house is surrounded by beautiful forests.

The farm is idyllically situated and offers breathtaking views of the area. Nearby are numerous hiking and biking trails. In winter you can go cross-country and downhill skiing. You can take a trip to Grosse Arber, the Bavarian Forest National Park or to Passau. The center with restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment venues is located 7 km from the house.

The cozy house has everything you need. The living room has a comfortable couch and the kitchen is equipped with modern equipment. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 both a shower and a bath and in the storage room is a washing machine. You have your own garden with terrace where you can barbecue.

    “Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Hanglage mit Sicht auf das Tal. Die Ausstattung innen ist ausreichend und Sauber. Des weiteren 2 Ehebetten und 2 Doppelstockbetten, ein Kinderbett ist ebenso vorhanden. Draußen findet man für die Kids eine Schaukel und Buddelkasten mit Spielzeug.”

    “Für Familien ideal. Ausstattung absolut ausreichend. Zwar etwas abseits daher ruhig und schnell mal mit dem Auto in den verschiedenen Ferienhochburgen//Sehenswürdigkeiten. Klasse Brötchenservice. Freundliche Vermieter.”

    “Das Haus ist sauber, die Einrichtung jedoch schon recht verbraucht. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns gut gefallen, schön ländlich, wenn auch direkt am Haus eine kleine Strasse langführt. Diese wird aber nicht stark, wenn aber auch teils recht schnell, befahren. Keine direkten Nachbarn, man war also für sich. Für Hundehalter empfehlenswert, wenn auch der Garten nicht eingezäunt ist. Buchungsvorgang verlief reibungslos.”
