Holiday home for the whole family in a quiet location with a large garden and the home’s own pool
The house is situated in one of the most privileged places on the island of Majorca, in the bay of Pollensa. It is a place where the sea and the mountains come together, which creates a fantastic landscape. The house is located in the quiet village of Llenaire, less than 2 km from Puerto Pollenca.
The house is equipped for a maximum of ten people, has 260 m² of living space and sits on a property of about 1000 m². It has four bedrooms with space for two people each as well as a small suite with a double bed, a small living area and its own bathroom. There are also three further bathrooms each with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The living room has a cosy living-room suite and a fireplace, as well as satellite TV. There is also a large dining table with chairs for meals together. In the kitchen, you will find a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. Throughout the house you have access to free WLAN.
From the house, you can access the terrace and the garden via a terrace door. Sun loungers at the home’s own pool and a grill/barbecue await you there along with the garden furniture on the terrace. The house also includes a spacious garden and a parking area.
The location of the house allows you to enjoy both the sea and the mountains. The nearest village is about 2 km away. There you will find some restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, car and boat rental, public transport as well as a doctor.
