Holiday apartment with a big balcony, in a quiet location
The generous 58m² apartment for two people is on the first floor of a big country house. It is in a very quiet residential area in Eurasberg, about 7km to the east of the lake, Starnberger See.
The apartment is light (facing south and west), inviting and has a modern interior, and is accessed through a separate entrance. It has a light 35m² living room with a big TV (satellite channels) and a stereo system and wireless Internet access. The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric stove and oven, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer compartment, no dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a big balcony with a table and two chairs, with a lovely view over the garden. A folding bed can be set up for a child in the living room for a small fee. A washing machine for sole use is also at your disposal.
The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Eurasberg is halfway between Munich (40km) and the mountains (25km). It is accessed along the A95 motorway, about 20 minutes from the edge of Munich. You can shop at an organic shop in town and there are supermarkets in Wolfratshausen (7km). You can enjoy a range of leisure activities and sports, such as hiking, cycling, five golf courses within 15km, e.g. Beuerberg 4km away, skiing e.g. in Lenggries 45km away. Ideal trip destinations around the Bavarian highlands include the lakes Starnberger See, Ammersee, Staffelsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee, or Bad Tölz with a beautiful market street with old houses, many shops and restaurants.
