The small and very homely estate is located near Siena (12 km) on the edge of the Chianti in the hills, a peaceful landscape. Arezzo, Colle Val d 'Elsa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Assisi, Florence and the Mediterranean Sea are about an hour away from home.
It's a small private estate with three houses, which is managed by Grazia and Simone. They are both very experienced in hosting and have been organizing for years wine and oiltastings, and they also sell the vegetables from their garden! The fine apartments and the swimming pool available to all make it a holiday paradise for everyone.

Close to the appartment there is a fontain in which there is a system for the regulation of mosquito breeding.

These small fish are an excellent weapon against mosquito breeding by feeding voraciously of the eggs and larvae that are deposited in the water in the system recreated in the tank with light vegetation and is proving to be an effective weapon against pesky mosquitoes

    “Wir waren mit 5 Personen (3 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) in der Ferienwohnung im Bauernhaus (erster Stock). Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz (ca. 130 qm). Die Betten waren sehr gut. Auch die sonstigen Beschreibungen trafen voll zu. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf Siena. Die Waschmaschine konnte in unserer Wohnung kostenfrei genutzt werden. Das WIFI (Aufpreis 1,5 EUR/Tag) hatte allerdings keine gute Qualität. Das Streamen von Filmen ist nicht möglich.
    Der Pool ist wirklich toll und wird gut gepflegt. Auch mal spät Abends noch ein Bad zu nehmen ist kein Problem, da der Pool schön beleuchtet ist. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind auch in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unsere Jungs hatten viel Spaß im Pool mit dem Sohn der Vermieters.
    Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, und wir können die Wohnung, auch wegen des guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnisses, auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!”
