This spacious holiday rental villa has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people. The villa has 100 m² and is comfortable and modern and from several points of the house you will have magnificent views of the garden and the swimming pool.

This house is located in a quiet area next to the sea. The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, electric heating, private swimming pool, garage and parking (2 places) in the same building, tv, satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German and French).

The second bedroom is a large room with two single beds together and a built-in wardrobe, which also has a large window overlooking the pool and barbecue area. 

The third and last bedroom is the master bedroom with a huge en-suite bathroom where the washing machine is also located. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and a double bed. 

The exterior of the house is made up of a large cobbled area with a large private swimming pool as the centrepiece.

Directly in front of the pool there is a large covered terrace with a set of table and six outdoor chairs and equipped with sun loungers in the pool area.

Located in a very quiet residential area only 500m from the beach and less than 1 km from the city centre, where, apart from the promenade of Vinaròs, you can enjoy a wide variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds.

Vinaròs offers all services and also has a promenade with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as the central market where you can find a wide range of fresh and typical local products. All along the promenade there is a large sandy beach, which has been awarded a blue flag in recognition of the quality of its waters.
