Holiday apartments with their own terrace and shared pool, in a quiet location near the beach, in a suburb of Split


This holiday house with its holiday apartments for three and six people is in Stobrec, a suburb of Split. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. The house is on a street with little traffic, which is therefore also suitable for cycling and walking along. There is a small pebbled beach nearby. The owner lives on the ground floor of the house.

Each apartment has its own furnished terrace. A washing machine is available for use on request There are parking spaces right in front of the house.

The owner’s garden has fruit such as figs, cherries, wine grapes or apples, which guests are welcome to pick. The swimming pool which can be used by all guests is west of the house in the backyard. The pool is heated and surrounded by a large sundeck area. The distance from the house to the pool area is about 20 meters.

Near the house there is a small pebbled beach and there are restaurants. A restaurant right nearby offers Dalmatian and Italian cuisine and you can also have breakfast there. Early risers can buy fresh fish at the harbour directly from the boats returning from their catch. Those who would like to lie in can buy fish and meat at the market about a 20-minute walk away.

Ground-floor holiday apartment with a terrace

This 48m² renovated apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate three to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a cupboard. The large living room-kitchen consists of a lounge area with a sofa bed for two people (150 x 200cm), a dining space and an open kitchen, equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom provides a shower and toilet. The living room opens onto the balcony.

The bedroom provides access to the terrace, where you can sunbathe or grill meat or fish in the evenings.
