Comfortable holiday flat with a patio and a community pool in a holiday complex

The spacious 100 m² holiday flat is located in a holiday complex with 26 units on the beach. It was built in 2003 and last renovated in 2012. The two storey building does have an elevator.

This holiday flat offers three bedrooms, each accommodating two people. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed; there are two bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, sink and toilet. The fully furnished kitchen, which is integrated into the 20 m² living room with a sofa and a television, is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dish washer. A child's travel cot is available upon request. Wireless internet access is also available.

The apartment also has a small, covered patio and a small, fenced in garden right in front of the community pool (open from June 15th through September 15th). The patio is furnished with wooden outdoor furniture and a sunshade.

The sandy beach is nearly 7 km long and is ideal for families and/or long walks on the beach. This area of the coast is also great for fishing. Many sports are possible here as well, including sailing, kite or wind surfing. It is one kilometer to the nearest restaurants and bars along the beach walk. There is also a small supermarket. A larger supermarket can be found in Ayamonte, about 5 km from the property.

    “Die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand sind perfekt. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine, befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage mit Schwimmingpool und Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und wurde in gereinigtem Zustand übergeben. Für Mieter mit kleinen Kindern ist sie wegen der doch sehr steilen Treppe vielleicht nicht so geeignet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Fazit: Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.”
