A real place in the sun, the apartment Casa Soleada. It is only about 300 meters from the sea and from the long and fine sandy beach of Playa Tejita. From the large terrace you have a wonderful view over the landscaped pool area (with an adult pool and a children's pool), as well as a look to the sea and to the Teide, Spain's highest mountain.
The apartment is absolutely quiet, it's a wonderful place to relax. You can very well there recover from totally 'switch off' from a stressful workday.
The Casa Soleada provides a cozy bedroom with a double bed. A cot is available on request. From the window of the bedroom you can enjoy views of the pool and the sea.
The large living room offers plenty of space. A cozy sofa can be used as needed as a bed for a third person. The apartment was completely refurbished with bright and tasteful furniture.
In the dining room area, you can have breakfast together in the morning - the way to the kitchen is short. The kitchen has a granite worktop. The equipment is very high: There is an oven, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils that you need to spend a carefree holiday.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and a bidet. There is a storage room, where a washing machine is available to our guests, there is also an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a small stock of cleaning products, if it is desired to wipe once himself.
Even for a long vacation, the apartment is ideal.
The apartment Casa Soleada situated in a beautiful location almost directly on the sea, only approximately 300 meters from the sandy beach of Playa Tejita. Between the apartments and the beach, just a few steps, so that all sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, karting and golf can be used in the immediate vicinity.
Only 3 minutes drive away is the famous golf course Golf del Sur.
