Holiday apartments and houses on a riding farm with its own fishing and swimming lake

Welcome to this riding and fishing paradise, where you can spend a fabulous holiday in a beautiful landscape in the tri-border region of Bavaria in Germany, Austria (5km) and the Czech Republic (30km). The farm is in a quiet and sunny, elevated location, amidst meadows and forests, right by the Riedelsbach reservoir lake. Apart from beautiful holiday apartments, there are also a wooden block house, a five-star country house, and a romantic riding room with an open fireplace.

The farm has seven horses and ponies, as well as its own lake with a rowing boat, for swimming and fishing. There are riding lessons five days a week. The farm has a big garden with a lawn, a riding arena, a football ground, a playground and table tennis, a sauna, solarium and fitness equipment.

Guests can really relax and have a good time here. There is a daily bread rolls delivery service, even on Sundays and public holidays. There is a grill party every week, with a campfire and bread on sticks. Bavarian delicacies or freshly caught trout are available on request. You can spend romantic hours in the teepee with a campfire, to round off a lovely holiday day. There is a country restaurant for dinner 200 metres away. The nearest shopping facilities are about 4km away.

The farm, an oasis of well-being, is on the long-distance hiking trail E6 and Goldsteig, providing ideal conditions for lovely hikes in any season. Other trip destinations: the three-rivers town of Passau, glass-blowing factories, the Bavarian Forest National Park, a graphite mine, Dreisessel, Haidel and Lusen. Advice and brochures will ensure that you get to know the most beautiful spots in this tri-border region.

Dreisessel apartment

This is a comfortably furnished, five-star apartment with two separate bedrooms, a big bathroom with a shower, and a living room-kitchen. The apartment is on the second floor. All the rooms are accessed from a hallway. The two bedrooms each provide a big double bed (180 x 200cm) and a big wardrobe, as well as a safe. All the rooms are flooded with daylight.

The balcony belonging to the apartment is accessed from one of the bedrooms.
