Kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill) with dining table, wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: open entrance hall with 1 double sofabed. 1 room with 2 beds and 2 pull-out beds. Exit to the balcony. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. Beautiful timber house "Sturmbachhütte", 1'100 m a.s.l.. 6 km from the centre of Uttendorf, 23 km from the centre of Bramberg, 39 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, 24 km from the lake. For shared use: pond. Private: property 150 m2 (fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis. 1.5 km long motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, bathing lake "Uttendorf" 6 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 18 km, gondola lift 18 km, ski bus stop 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km, fishing possibilities 500 m. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Fishing [permit required], on request. The owner who keeps cows on the property comes by daily to milk them. Fishing pond about 500m. €5 per fish caught.

    “Ich war mit meiner Familie (5 Personen) in der wundervollen Hütte für 1 Woche zu Gast. Die Vermieter der Hütte sind sehr nett und für jedes Anliegen ansprechbar. Die Hütte an sich steht einige Meter weiter oben als der Hof der Vermieter. Hier kann man den Ausblick völlig ungestört genießen. Trotz des warmen Wetters war es in der Hütte stets angenehm kühl. Die Räume sind gepflegt und für den täglichen Gebrauch ist auch alles vorhanden (Handtücher, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle u.s.w.
    Wer einmal dort war, möchte so schnell nicht wieder gehen.”
