Small villa in a country style with a veranda, pool and garden, near the sea and the town of Trapani
The villa is located in a rural district of Trapani, in Locogrande, outside of town.
The house is accessed through a small entrance room. On the right side there is a bedroom with a gallery floor. Under the gallery there are two single beds, and on the gallery there is a double bed. On the left side of the entrance there is the living room with a table, chairs, a small sofa and a fireplace in a corner of the room. The kitchen features a rustic style, with a stove, oven, large fridge, microwave, sink and marble worktop and opens out onto the veranda. If you go along the corridor, you get to the bathroom with a washbasin, a shower corner, WC and bidet. At the end of the corridor on the right side there is a further bedroom with antique, restored furniture, a wrought-iron double bed, a single bed and an exposed stone wall. The interior of the house is in a country style and features antique furniture. All the rooms are fitted with air conditioning and heating. The house provides free Internet access, crockery and other useful items. Bedlinen and table linen are included. Laundry can be washed in the washing machine and hung out to dry on the terrace.
In the outdoor area of the villa there is a furnished veranda with a wooden roof. There is also a well-maintained garden planted with flowers, and a small courtyard paved with stones. In the garden there is a small playground with a slide and a small wooden house. Further to the rear of the garden there is the pool with water massage, parasols and deckchairs. On site there is a parking area for up to four vehicles. Part of the garden is planted with olive trees, citrus plans and grape vines. Four bicycles are available for use by guests free of charge.
The villa is located 5 minutes from Birgi airport, 15km from Marsala and 10km from Trapani, the starting point for trips to Erice (a medieval town), to San Vito (with a magnificent beach), to Scopello (famous for the Faraglioni), to Mazzaro del Vallo (famous for the statue of the dancing satyr), or to Segesta (with its temples), as well as to the Egadi Islands of Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo, which have lovely seasides. There are shops and restaurants about 2km away.
