This 10-apartment complex is in a quiet and rural surroundings by the beach at Mavrovouni near Gyhtio. It is only approximately 50 m from the sandy beach, accessed via a path.
Gyhtio town centre with three big supermarkets and a hospital is approximately 2 km away, and it's about a three hour drive by car from Athens airport, or 1 hour drive from Kalamata international airport.
The detached, two-storey house was completely renovated in 2013 and has two fully-furnished apartments on the second floor with a balcony, ideal for families or couples. The fenced site with a garden is surrounded by orange and olive trees, as well as rose beds and flowers. There is also a children’s play area on site, along with some fitness equipment. You have shared use of the grill area. There are parking spaces and garage parking spaces available. Free wireless Internet is accessible everywhere, as far as the beach, and there is an Ipad Tablet available for shared use. A laundry service is available. A drinks machine, a table tennis table, table football and a mini pool table are provided. There is a safe at the reception.
You can use parasols and chairs free of charge on the beach. Kayaks, surf boards and bicycles are available for hire. There are also lots of coffee bars along the beach.

There is satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower.
From the furnished balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.
