The three-star holiday apartment is in a detached building on the outskirts of Gösenroth with a view towards the Idarkopf, in a quiet residential area. It was built in 1990 and fully renovated in 2007. The owner lives in the annex.
The apartment is on the first floor and provides a total of 85m² of living space, with heating in every room. It has a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (100 x 220cm and 90 x 200cm). The living room provides a sofa, four armchairs, a table, a desk, satellite TV and a cupboard. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge, a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, an egg boiler, a microwave and a radio-CD player. There is also a dining corner here with a table and four chairs. There is a vacuum cleaner in the storage room.
