Holiday apartments with their own balcony and boat mooring, in a quiet location near the beach


This house with five holiday apartments and studios for two to four people enjoys a quiet location, near the beach and a forest. The owners live on the same site in a separate house.

The completely enclosed site provides six shaded car parking spaces, right next to the house. Each apartment has its own furnished balcony.

All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and free Internet access. There is also a boat mooring by the property.

It is 1000 metres to the nearest supermarket. The small beach is 100 metres away. It is about 300 metres to the nearby pine forest and a grass and rocky beach, which is nicely shaded and not overcrowded. In the immediate vicinity of the house, just ten metres away, there is also a playground. A kilometre away there is a recreational facility for water sports, tennis, football and beach volleyball. Within a radius of 50 to 100 metres you can find two restaurants. The centre one or two kilometres away has further restaurants, shops, a petrol station and medical services. You can hire a boat (maximum four people) and go on a trip to the nearby islands with their beautiful beaches.

    “Hat im Total super gepasst. Man kann sich gut arrangieren und auch ein Grill mit Holz wurde auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch beim Einfeuern hat der Gastgeber geholfen...Danke Positiv: Die höflichkeit und flexibilität der Gastgeber. Da möchte und kann ich wirklich ein Kompliment aussprechen. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal einen Urlaub in diesem Domizil buchen. Negativ: Das das Toilettenpapier nicht in genügender Menge vorhanden war. 2 Rollen für eine Woche, für 3 Personen...Ausserdem wäre es super, würden auch Grundlegende Sachen wie z.b Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt. Restaurant: Pizzeria Nina - Essen und Bedienung ist top. Meeresfrüchte Pizza kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. Ausflüge: Pula Kolosseum - Das Kolosseum ist sehenswert und gerade auch der Keller mit den vielen Amphoren ist speziell.”

    “Appartamento posto al piano terra, pulito, comodo e confortevole. Posto auto nel cortile vicinissimo all'appartamento. Disponibile WI-FI e condizionatore. Bagno completo di doccia. Ampio balcone con tavolo dove è possibile pranzare e cenare. Il proprietario oltre a essere molto simpatico parla molto bene l'italiano e ci ha suggerito le migliori spiagge dove fare il bagno.
    Accetta animali di piccola taglia.”

    “Die Ausstattung war komplett, die Einrichtung neu, Flachbildschirm und Klimaanlage super. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, die Vermieter sehr nett. Gutes Restaurant gleich gegenüber mit sehr netten Wirtsleuten. Große Terrasse, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.”
