This house with its modern and very spacious holiday apartments is in Kastel Gomilica, between Split and Trogir. The apartments benefit from an excellent location right by the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea. All the apartments have interiors of a high standard and provide everything you need for your dream holiday.

Each apartment has a number of balconies, two of which are furnished. The garden is also available for use, but does not have garden furniture. Free parking spaces are available.

It is just a few steps to the beach ten metres away. The centre with its charming restaurants, grocery shops, markets and shops is also just 100 metres away. You can go on a day trip to Split by public transport. It takes fifteen minutes to get to the town centre by bus.

Holiday apartment for eight people with six balconies

The four-star apartment provides 220m² of living space for eight people and is on the third floor. It has three bathrooms with massage showers. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed (160 x 200cm). A junior bed and two single beds (90 x 200cm) are also available. The big living room has an open, built-in kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. A dining area for eight people adjoins the kitchen. From there, a few steps lead down into the living room with its comfortable seating group. The two air conditioning units are in the living room and in the hallway. A TV and Internet access are also available. A Playstation 3 provides further entertainment.

The apartment has six balconies. The balconies in front of the dining area and the living room are furnished. Enjoy the impressive view of the beach and the sea right in front of you.
