Six pretty, comfortable holiday apartments pour vacances in an old country house and its barn, recently restored with care and taste and situated in the middle of a famous farm producing wine and olive oil. Distinctive and peaceful position among prestigious vineyards and olive groves set on a natural terrace that dominates the hills of the Chianti Classico. Magnificent views of Siena on the horizon. Large, well-kept garden (6000m2), pretty infinity swimming pool in panoramic position. Comfortably furnished in rustic style with some antiques. Central heating. Access to the property over 2.3km of unpaved road. Arrival on Saturdays by 6pm.


Distances: Ponte a Bozzone with grocery, restaurant and butcher 5km, Vagliagli with ABV office, grocery, restaurant, pharmacy, post office 8km, Siena 12km, Gaiole in Chianti (L’Eroica) 15km, San Gimignano 50km, Florence 70km, Pisa 116km, Rome 250km.


At guests’ disposal: garden 6000m2, panoramic infinity swimming pool (5,50m x 15m, depth 0,80m – 1,80m, open 15/05 – 30/09) surrounded by a sun terrace with shower (cold water), furnished loggia (35m2). Farm products can be purchased.


Ground floor: living room with fireplace, satellite TV and dining area, small kitchen that opens onto the living room (oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, 4 electric hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine), small store-room, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, bathroom with shower.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
