Living room with fireplace and kitchenette; modern, functional furnishings. From the living room you enter the terrace with views over the countryside. Behind the house is the private garden plot with covered seating area, barbecue and set-up pool with sunbathing lawn. Here you can swim and sunbathe in peace; as excursion destinations there are several to choose from: the nearby Chianti area, Arezzo (35 km), Siena and Florence (60 km each). Baby crib on request. The friendly owner lives in the neighboring house; additional rooms can be rented here. Parking in front of the garden property.
