It is on the second floor of a terraced house. It has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom with a shower and WC. The interior is elegant and inviting. A supplementary bed can be added to the double bedroom on request. The living room, with a view of the lake, has a sofa bed and a big table, a TV and a CD player. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath, WC and washing machine.
There is a balcony with seating furniture and a view of the lake. There is a public car park just 30 metres away.
The centre is right nearby. 50 metres away there are two restaurants and a bar and 500 metres away you can find shops, a bakery, a butcher, a fruit seller, pizzerias, bars, pubs, restaurants, a bank, pharmacy and post office, as well as a bus stop and a boat mooring. The nearest supermarket is 1.5km away. The botanical gardens and other places of interest are also nearby.
