Holiday apartment with two balconies and a wonderful view

The apartment is in a quiet residential area in the little fishing village of Fažana, which is full of Roman history.

The spacious holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate six people. It has three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds. The large living and dining area provides a sofa, armchairs, a TV, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and has a counter with bar stools. The bathroom has a shower bath, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. Two supplementary beds can be provided on request.

The larger balcony is partially roofed and has a table, chairs and sun lounger. The other balcony with outdoor furniture is accessed from one of the bedrooms. Enjoy the view over the village. Parking spaces are available in the courtyard in front of the house.

It is just a five-minute walk to the beautiful beaches. Many cultural and gastronomic events are held in Fažana, which is five kilometres from the town of Pula. The harbour offers crossings to Brijuni National Park.

    “Gog rummelig lejlighed med veludstyret køkken. F.eks. toast maskine, og rigeligt med service. Der er god plads. Den ligger dejlig tæt på Fazana og man kan nyde solnedgangen fra den ene altan. Ingen nat støj fra byen. Eneste minus var larm fra en hund i kennel og en højlydt hane! Meget hjælpsomme værter.”

    “Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Handtücher, Bügeleisen, Kerzen usw.) ließ keine Wünsche offen. Nach einer Woche bekamen wir frische Bettwäsche. Preis- Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.”

    “dejlig lejlighed, masser af plads, det er udlejers forældre der bor i underetagen, meget søde og hjælpsomme, lejligheden ligger i god afstand fra turistområdet, ingen larm om aftenen, 500 m til indkøb, strand, resturanter mv. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge, dog er der ikke de store muligheder for selv at lave mad, da gryderne er små, 2 kogeplader og ingen ovn, kun microovn. vandet smager af klor, men kan drikkes. 3 store værelser og et stort badeværelse, + køkken-alrum. der er køkkenruller, toiletpapir og vaskepulver og masser af håndklæder. Lejligheden er lidt slidt, men bestemt brugbar. Alt fungere. ingen aircon, men holder man skoderne for vinduerne om dagen er det bestemt til at holde ud om aftenen og natten....”
