Apartment Classic



The stylish and generous apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm), and one with two single beds (80 x 200cm), and a big, comfortable living room with a fireplace stove, which creates a homely atmosphere in winter. A supplementary bed can be set up in each of the bedrooms. The spaciously designed bathroom with its exclusive rainforest shower will make your holiday perfect. A kitchen, a separate WC, a hairdryer, a flatscreen TV and a sound system round off the accommodation. The wellness area in the basement offers an infrared cabin, a shower and a generous relaxation room with loungers. The basement also has a storage room for skis, bicycles etc. You can use a washing machine and an iron free of charge.



The terrace and balcony provide garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. The garden has a lovely grill area and a sandpit for children. There are four car parking spaces.

Suche zwar keinen Action Urlaub, aber mache gerne jeden etwas anderes mit meinen Hunden. Und immer eine Stunde und mehr zu fahren, ist mir zu lang für eine Strecke.     “Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und mit allen nötigen Informationen um das Appartement bzw. den Ort sowie den Versorgungsmöglichkeiten vertraut gemacht. Das Appartement ist einfach nur ein Traum. Wir kamen rein und dachten uns nur "WOW". Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit des Appartements bzw. des kompletten Hauses waren 1A. Die Lage ist wunderschön und direkt am Berg gelegen. Die große und ebenfalls sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und Träumen ein. Nur wenige Minuten von der Petzenbahn entfernt. Wenn man möchte kann man sofort vom Haus aus Wanderungen um- oder auf den Petzenberg machen. Ausführliches Material über Wanderungen, Radtouren bzw. Empfehlungen liegen aus.
    Der Wellnessbereich ist einfach nur unbeschreiblich schön. Entspannung und Gemütlichkeit pur. Unser Urlaub begann sofort nach Betreten des Hauses, denn hier gab es wirklich rein gar nix zu beanstanden. Wir und unsere zwei Fellnasen haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Objekt somit uneingeschränkt und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Wir wünschen einen schönen Urlaub ;-)”

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem hellen, freundlich eingerichteten Haus in ruhiger Umgebung nahe an Wald und Wiesen. Damit war das Haus auch ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Häufig konnten wir bei schönem Wetter auf dem großen Balkon frühstücken und den Ausblick genießen. Brötchen wurden uns geliefert. Sonstige ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es etwa 7 km entfernt in Bleiburg. Wir wurden bei Anreise sehr herzlich empfangen und mit allen nötigen Informationen ausgestattet. Von dort aus konnten wir - ohne das Auto nutzen zu müssen - Wanderungen machen und mit einer Gondel in die Berge (Petzen) fahren. Ausflüge nach Graz, Klagenfurt und an den Wörthersee sowie zu diversen Badeseen und weiteren Zielen waren problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.”
