Holiday apartment on a farm

This apartment enjoys a quiet location in a little village in the Bavarian Forest, where everyone still knows everyone, ideal for families with children or for hikers. Pets are allowed on request.



The non-smoking apartment of around 90m² is for up to five people and is accessed from the terrace. It is all on one level. The living room opens onto the balcony which looks out over the interior courtyard. The apartment has two bedrooms, one for two people and the other for three people. Bed linen and blankets can be provided on request. There is also a kitchen-diner with a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, fridge and freezer compartment, and a kettle. The living room provides satellite TV, a stereo system and access to the balcony. The bathroom comprises a shower, WC, towels and a hairdryer.



The terrace with seating also has a grill. There is a car parking space in front of the apartment. There are swings and play equipment in the interior courtyard. You can use the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for a fee. A highchair can be provided free of charge.



Ringelai has shopping facilities with everything you need for your stay, such as an Edeka market, a drinks market, a butcher and a baker, as well as a dentist, general doctor and a bank. If you do not wish to cook all the time, you can also dine in the two hotels in Ringelai and be treated to regional dishes. The European “Via Nova” pilgrimage trail runs past right in front of the farm, leading through three countries. It is a couple of minutes’ walk to the Wolfsteiner Ohe that meanders through the valley, leading from Fryung through one of the most beautiful geotopes in Bavaria, the Buchberger Leite, which is a wildly craggy wild stream with a suspended walkway bridge. The river Ilz flows near the house (ca. 8km away, which is also called the Black Ilz, joining the Danube and the Inn in Passau. The Bavarian Forest national park is nearby, as well as the Arber, Lusen, Dreisessel and Rachel mountains.

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Euch. Positiv: Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und Geduldig. Unsere drei Kinder durften Löcher in den Bauch Fragen und bei verschieden Arbeiten auf dem Bauernhof helfen. Das Trampolin und die Tiere waren immer gut besucht. Negativ: Das Wetter :-) Restaurant: Landhotel Koller - Tolles Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten und einem super ausgestattetn Spielplatz. Das Essen war überragend und such bei 3 Kindern für jeden was dabei. Ausflüge: Waldspielplatz Spiegelau - Kostet nicht und ist super ausgestattet mit allem was Kind brauchen. Wasserspielplatz, Klettern, Bolzplatz. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert.”
