Welcome to this beautiful vacation home in the center of the historic town of Kastav.

It offers peace and comfort with a charming interior inspired by the owner's travels around the world. On the first floor, at the foot of the stairs leading to the house, there is a small terrace, and upstairs there is a living room with kitchen and dining area and an enclosed terrace at the entrance of the house. The terrace is surrounded by vines that provide shade for a pleasant morning coffee. The bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The cottage is located in the heart of the old town. Just a few minutes away you can take a walk or a bike ride on the forest paths, where you may even meet a wood elf. Why choose this house to spend your vacation? It is unique because the building is used as a foreign language school during the school year, believe it or not. In the summer it turns into a cozy vacation home. Kastav, a small medieval town where you will spend your vacation, is 365 meters above the sea, and you think it is a town with a view of all four corners of the world. Tourist guides will welcome you and lead you through the rich history and legends of the town. This historical city is a very famous tourist destination due to its extraordinary cultural and historical heritage. The ruins of St. Mary's Church, popularly known as Crekvina, stand in Kastav as a historical and cultural monument. In the vicinity of Kastav there are many possibilities for an active vacation. A long hiking trail starts from the center of Kastav, there are also cycling trails, and another interesting way to explore the beautiful natural and historical heritage of Kastav is horseback riding. Also nearby is the Ucka Nature Park. Head down to Opatija, the center of the Riviera. Once a famous spa town, it is now a popular wellness and health tourism center for tourists from all over the world. In Opatija you will discover interesting city architecture, which is a legacy of the Austro-Hungarian period. The view of the city is completed by the famous Opatija parks and gardens, but also the promenades, the most famous of which is the Lungomare promenade.
