Villa with pool

This beautiful holiday home is located in a peaceful area, in the center of Medulin, not far from the sea. Terrace with swimming pool, barbecue area, free parking and WiFi is what makes this house attractive to many guests. The house is modernly furnished and fully equipped to accommodate 6-8 people. It provides three spacious matrimonial bedrooms, and the main bedroom even has its own bathroom. The living room with sofa bed has an exit to the beautiful terrace. Kitchen is separated and furnished to the highest standards. It includes refrigerator, electric burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and machine for filtered coffee, electric kettle and toaster. The house has two bathrooms with shower and one toilet. The space is air-conditioned from the living room and upstairs hallway. You also have washing machine, TV/SAT and outdoor grill where you can enjoy making barbecue in the company of your family and friends. Parking is ensured in the fence closed courtyard. Pets are not allowed.

NOTE: not suitable for groups of young people. Bedrooms are not air conditioned. Guests also have 4 bikes in price.

    “Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich direkt um irgendwelche Probleme. Der Pool ist sehr groß. Das kleine Becken ist ca. 35-40cm tief und durch eine Mauer, die so hoch wie der Wasserspiegel ist, abgetrennt. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind sehr geräumig. Seife ist in allen Bädern/WCs bereits vorhanden gewesen. In den Hauptbädern liegt auch ein Föhn bereit. Das Haus ist massiv gebaut, sodass man auch nicht viel von seinen Mitreisenden mitbekommt. Die Zimmer können durch die Fensterläden vollständig abgedunkelt werden. Mückennetze sind an allen Schlafzimmerfenstern vorhanden. Es sind Klimaanlagen im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss vorhanden, die einwandfrei funktioniert haben. Die Waschmaschine ist neu und sauber. Waschmittel und Weichspüler ist durch den Eigentümer bereits vorhanden. In der Küche ist auch Spüli, Geschirrtücher etc. bereits vorhanden.
    Ebenfalls ist vor Ort ein Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Wäscheständer.

    Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und dennoch total zentral gelegen.

    Wir haben in der Vergangenheit bereits mehrfach Häuser mit Pool angemietet. Dieses übersteigt den üblichen Standard bei weitem und man kann es sich gut gehen lassen. Das Haus und die Außenanlage sehen wirklich genauso aus wie auf den Fotos.”
