Apartment in Bellavista with Barbecue and Terrace

This wonderfully decorated penthouse apartment is in an elevated location, just a few minutes’ walk from Marsaskala bay.

The apartment comprises an open living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, with all the basics along with a washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Six people can sit at the dining table. The kitchen area has an adjoining living room with a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, cable TV and a DVD player. From the sofas you can look out through a big window front at the surrounding landscape. The parents’ bedroom has a double bed (140 x 192cm), a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning and a hairdryer. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (80 x 192cm) and air conditioning. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed size (80cm x 192 cm). There is a little bathroom next to it with a shower. The living room provides access to the big bathroom.

The living room opens onto the terrace with wooden tables, four chairs, a barbecue and two loungers. It is ideal for relaxing and for dining.

Families with small children can request a cot or a highchair. The apartment has an interior of a high standard and you will feel comfortable here.

The Owners are adhering to the Procedures to Re-Introduce Operations on the Principles of Social Distancing, Enhanced Hygiene Practices and Minimised Infection Risk for Holiday Furnished Premises as issued by the Maltese Tourism Authority.

Marsaskala is a nice authentic town with a laid-back atmosphere. Cafes, bars and restaurants are plenty and the harbour area, with its wide promenade, offers a fantastic venue for quiet strolls by the water.
The nearby beaches of St Thomas Bay and St Peter’s Pool also attract many swimmers. There are some historical towers worth a visit. Also chapels and salt pans that might be interesting. Overall, however, this is a village where one goes to relax.
It’s a good and quieter alternative to avoid the hustle and bustle of busy tourist resorts and ideal for guests looking for a quiet holiday by the sea.

Although it is not too far from the center, the locality of Marsascala is relatively quiet This
location is minutes away from the capital city Valletta, Victoriosa, Cospicua, Senglea and
Marsaxlokk. There is a direct bus service to these locations while other locations can be reached by
changing buses at the airport or at Valletta. The public transport is quite efficient and relatively
cheap.

Ta` Rosi is also about 15 minutes walk away from St Thomas Bay and the surrounding beautiful area of
Munxar. Within a few metres, you will find yourself within this beautiful heaven.

    “Mooi ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht.
    Er is airco, maar dit heb je niet perse nodig omdat je het lekker kunt laten doorwaaien.
    Het was niet zo schoon, met name de keukenkastjes.
    Het 2-persoonsbed is maar 1.40 breed, en dat is met de warmte niet zo prettig!
    De 1-persoonsbedden hebben niet zulke goede matrassen, je voelt de veren er doorheen.
    De weg erheen is vrij stijl, dus elke keer weer een pittige wandeling.
    Het voordeel is dat je in een rustige omgeving zit.”

    - keine Tür zwischen Schlafraum und WC/Dusche (nur Vorhang)

    “Das Apartmenthaus liegt sehr schön und ruhig auf einem Hügel über der Bucht von Marsaskala. Bis zum Hafen/Zentrum/Bus sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug und wirkt hochwertig.

    Auf der Landseite erlaubt die große Dachterrasse eine weite Aussicht Richtung Valetta, mit etwas Glück kann man eins der häufigen Feuerwerke sehen. Aus dem Küchenfenster und vom kleineren Balkon auf der Meerseite gibt es einen tollen, nur partiell verbauten Blick auf die Bucht von Marsaskala und die St. Thomas Bay.

    Erwähnenswert ist auch der Vermieter: George ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit!”

    “We spent a week in this penthouse and it was good. The house is big, clean and it has all the right equipment. The big balcony is is marvelous, two easy-go laying beds and a 4 person table and chairs.
    The view from the balcony is great and it has privacy. The building is comfortable and clean. The beds are ok, the bathrooms are good with even a real bath.
    The owner gave us a key for a private parking underneath the building. The kitchen has everything you need, from a watercooker till a microwave.
    The owner, George, is a very nice man, he even brought us to the airport!!
    If we come to Malta again we would rent this place again.”

    “mooi penthouse appartement, volledig ingericht, met mooi uitzicht, enige nadeel is een behoorlijke klim als je te voet bent tenminste naar het appartement toe, de straat gaat behoorlijk omhoog!

    Prima bus verbinding naar Valetta en dus ook naar de rest van het eiland.”
