You have a unique opportunity to live in this wonderful country house, originally part of a four-winged farm, the main house of which is rented out. The house consists of a ground floor with a large bright kitchen opening onto the living room. In the kitchen there is a double dishwasher and a double fridge, both built into the kitchen units as drawers, and a staircase to the utility room/cellar; boiling water for coffee or tea is drawn from a special tap at the sink. From the kitchen/living room you have access to south-facing terraces, where there is a lovely thatched terrace house with barbecue and dining areas. There is also a hallway/laundry room with access to the first floor via a small staircase and a bathroom without underfloor heating. Otherwise there is underfloor heating throughout the house - even under the beautiful white-pigmented plank flooring. In the common room you have a living room with French doors that let the light in beautifully. Further on you come to another hallway with access via a dignified staircase to the bathroom and a bedroom. The first floor has an open ceiling up to the top of the roof, a beautiful living room with large windows so that you can enjoy the beautiful view over the water, three bedrooms and, in addition to the sofa group, a sofa bed. Both the ground floor and the first floor have a flat screen TV, the first floor only has free Danish channels and TV2. For children there is a 3-in-1 games table with billiards, table football and air hockey. The whole of this marvellous property is situated on 5900 m² of land. (The caretaker lives in the side wing.) Through a walk of only 200 metres you can enjoy a great view of the Klint Bakker hills. Bring the family and the coffee and enjoy the sunset over the Kattegat - you could look for a more beautiful spot for a long time. Or take a walk along the beach and experience the stone pillars, a unique phenomenon created by German artist Udo Leis, and subsequently imitated by many passers-by.
The Ice Age landscape in Odsherred is unique and decisive for the Odsherred of today. That is why Odsherred is a geopark. Take a trip along the burial mound road and experience the Ice Age landscape, the Stone Age burial mounds and the Bronze Age burial mounds, the souls in Ulkerup, Hempel Glass Museum, Odsherred Museum, the Thorskilde spring at Kongeengen meadow (does it have magical powers?). Næsholm Borg Castle, which stands on a small island in Lake Nygård Sø between Højby and Nykøbing Sjælland. The nature school with its many activities from hunting for sea delicacies, expeditions in the forest, butterfly safari to troll and fox excursions. Hovvig Nature Reserve, a man-made wetland with a rich bird life. Children will love seeing the many fire engines at the Odsherred Fire Brigade Museum. Close to Sommerland Sjælland with lots of fun for children and the young at heart. Close to three golf courses, Odsherred Zoo in Asnæs, Dragsholm Slot from the 13th century, where, according to legend, the white ghost lives. The castle is unique and beautifully situated on Nekselø Bay, and here you can also enjoy a culinary experience of dishes made from local ingredients. The town of Nykøbing Sjælland is also worth a visit, with plenty of shopping opportunities, several supermarkets and an atmospheric shopping street with speciality shops and cafés. Or visit Rørvig and enjoy the atmosphere at the harbour, where you can buy and enjoy freshly caught and newly smoked fish every day, while your children catch crabs from the pier.
